Anastasia Adams is a highly experienced Set Decorator and TVC Art Director, originally from New York City, with nearly two decades in the film industry. She specialises in transforming spaces into immersive, visually compelling environments, blending meticulous craftsmanship with a deep understanding of storytelling through design — bringing texture, authenticity, and emotional resonance to every project.
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts (Bachelor of Fine Arts, 2006), Anastasia draws on deep knowledge of art history, design principles, and cultural aesthetics. This foundation informs her nuanced approach to creating cinematic environments that enhance story, character, and visual mood.
Her career spans commercials, feature films, television, music videos, and fashion editorials, collaborating with brands such as Disney, Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, Breguet, Maybelline, Pepsi, IBM, Pfizer, and Chanel. She has worked with talent including Alec Baldwin, Yoko Ono, and Lady Gaga, and her work has appeared in Vogue, Elle, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Times Square billboards, and at the Met Gala — featured in The New York Times article “A Necessary Stop.”
Known for her exceptional eye for detail, resourcefulness, and collaborative approach, Anastasia works closely with production designers, directors, and art teams to deliver cohesive, elevated visual storytelling under tight timelines.
Since relocating to the Gold Coast in 2020, she continues to bring her international experience to Australian productions and is available for film, TV, and commercial projects nationwide and internationally.
